Roadmap
Spring is in the air and so are new changes to both List™ and List Plus™. This month, we're focused on expanding our cloning and syncing functionality. Here's what we're planning to launch by the end of April.
- List™ and List Plus™:
- Automated image syncing: Every hour, Ocusell pulls in any changes made to a listing on the MLS. We do this for all fields now, like price, status, and public remarks. The only section of a listing we weren't listening for changes is the images, so that's what we'll be adding by the end of the month.
- Non-watermarked images: We're changing some things on our side to ensure that all listings brought into Ocusell via import, clone, or copy will have watermark-free images.
- Highlighting pre-filled fields: Boy, say that 5 times fast. When users create listings in Ocusell, we're pre-filling the listing with over 40+ trusted data sources. By the end of April, we'll make sure users know which fields were pre-filled by changing the background color. Once you change the value of a pre-filled field, the background color will go back to normal.
- List Plus™:
- Cloning across property types: Currently, we allow agents to clone listings from an MLS or within Ocusell, but we restrict those clones to the same property type. We're going to open this up and allow listings to be cloned and have a different property type. Example: An agent creates a residential lease listing and adds all the relevant details. This listing can then be duplicated in Ocusell as a residential sale.
You may wonder if that's all we're working on - no way! There's plenty more that we're focused on releasing across fixes, iterations, and new features. The ones we mention here are simply the items we feel comfortable saying are guaranteed to come by the end of the Month.
